Vince Cable, The Leader of the Liberal Democrats has proposed an ambitious plan to change the face of UK politics - by seizing a once-in-a-generation opportunity to build a party into a movement.

Proposals are coming forward to Liberal Democrat Conference in Brighton to open up the party to supporters and radically alter the political landscape of the United Kingdom.
